I recently did an investigation on my credit report. I discovered unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate and questionable items on my credit profile ; and Transunion didn't ensure these accounts were reporting 100 % correct. Transunion has continued to show no regard for and disrespect for the law. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act, whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to ensure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual of whom the information relates ; and under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate. Transunion stated that the accounts listed below were properly investigated and came back as verified ; however this is clearly not true when their are several inaccuracies showing on my report! As a consumer, I would like to know all the steps this agency took to ensure these items were 100 % accurate under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 7 ) Method of verification- description of reinvestigation procedure.
