On XX/XX/2024, I received a statement from Comenity Bank for XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card. I created an account on their online portal, but I was unable to sign in. When attempting to log into their online portal, the submit button returns you to the home page. I called their customer service 4 times over the course of 4 days, and all of the agents told me there was an issue with the website and it would be restored shortly. Its been over 5 days ( 4 business days ) and the website still hasnt been restored. I am unable to pay my bill.
