I believe that these items are adversely affecting my credit scores and costing me XXXX of dollars in interest every year. Here are the accounts that I want verified as accurate : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX. XXXX - XXXX I am sure you are aware that the provisions of Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act of XXXX are clear, I want these items to be cleared from all current and future credit reports. I would also appreciate if you would please forward me the contact info of any individuals and/or organizations you spoke to so I can follow up with them directly. I am certain that 30 days is enough time for your company to conduct the i investigation of these items. If I am correct on Section 611 ( a ), it is understood that a failure to investigate these entries within a reasonable timeframe gives a reason to permanently drop these items from my credit record.
