I have advised the organization I hold a priority Non-UCC lien over the Debtor ; Ive sent several request of rescission to liquidate and balance the accounts. My final attempt was sent with attached GSA documents to modify and liquidate the Performance and Payment bonds aka combined Fidelity Bond contractual agreements. You are operating as a For-Profit that doesnt report income ( my securities aka FRAUD ) which is tax evasion. Since this request was ignored this is the 1st of complaints being submitted through CFPB, complaints to follow XXXX, IRS, FBI, XXXX XXXX XXXX, SEC and OCC. Thanks
