I had a house fire on XX/XX/year>, during this time the mortgage company foreclosed on my home and kept a insurance claim check given to me by my insurance company. They locked me out of the home and refused to let me get the home repaired however they are keeping insurance funds that also were endorsed to me. They have also made claims on another check that was given to me by the insurance company even though they took my home. They have sold my home as well.
