Was frauded, deceived and lured by the use of deceptive marketing from a seller on the website XXXX and when I called her on the topic she refused to refund it. So I went to my financial institution which was Chime. Gave them all the proper information which is valid for a refund and they have since then harassed, ignored and caused me to have not have employment and ignore every obligation to the FTC law and the financial institution that they work for which is Chime. Chime has also been charged as of last month on the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX More for the same thing, holding refunds and not giving any money back to their clients and withholding their money from them for over 60 days and now they are being charged with fines and have to refund people up to {$3.00} XXXX. So the fact that they have these practices in place and do not. Abide by any law and are so flatly arrogant about the fact that they don't care and they will not over and over and over after request and requests since XX/XX/XXXX just flat out ignoring me and always tell me the stupidest response, which is I don't have any control to do this in my department. Which is the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Response to give to somebody and it is intentionally done so they can ignore the topic and get away with XXXX once again. They are literally committing a crime because I am XXXX and they're blocking me from my employment as well and it is a lot of money. It was my whole month 's income and they flat out won't do anything about it and I am sick. To my stomach, don't know what else I'm going to do. And it's also now a crime and a sense of it's now financial exploitation of a XXXX person and blocking them from being able to support themselves. So they are not only just disgusting, but they are evil and they are committing a civil and criminal crime at this point. And I want them prosecuted and I want to be compensated immediately so I can move on with my life. Please help me.
