This loan was paid as agreed and paid off with additional late fees that were disputed by myself but I felt forced to pay due to One Main requesting i pay the end part of my loan on full and included the XXXX dollars in fees. I was in the hospital for last two months and i still managed to pay off this acct as agreed as reflected on my report with all current payments. When explained and the response to the incorrect reporting was insensitive on One Mains part and this should discourage people from doing business with this company due to improper handling of situations concerning their long time customers.
