On XXXX, I sent them a follow up certified mail ( tracking number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) requesting validation and verification of the alleged debt, again they ignored me, but continue to report it to the credit bureaus. I disputed the alleged debt with XXXX and XXXX. XXXX ignored me, and XXXX stated that they verified it with Credit Collection Services. I am demanding that they close the account in their office, and delete it from my credit reports.
