I received 6 {$100.00} Amex Gift Cards in the mail for a total of {$600.00}. Attached is a copy of the email confirmation and shipping information. They arrived in the mail XX/XX/2024. I attempted to use these cards at multiple online and in person retailers including XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX always for less than {$100.00} in purchases but the transaction has been declined every single time for every single card. I have checked the balance on each card via the website ( AmexGiftCard.comXXXX ) and each balance is still {$100.00}. I can not find a way to spend my money on these cards. Upon looking online for advice, many people have reported having this problem in the last year.
