Hello my name XXXX XXXX Im owner of business in state oXXXX XXXX My business name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I when to my bank and set down with my banker her name XXXX XXXX To file I dispute on a charges that I made on my account and supposed to be returned back to my account and after contacting the merchants about the refund back to my account, the merchant had informed me that they can not refund anything because they did not have any more information about the transaction, and all the information to follow a dispute with my bank and my bank will return it back to me on XX/XX/XXXX. Me and my banker will follow formal dispute and after that on XX/XX/XXXX, my account was charged another transaction from the same place that I did not make for a fraud charges for almost {$18000.00} and the charges of XX/XX/XXXX almost {$30000.00} And to my other bank account that I have with the same bank same merchant on XX/XX/XXXX, charge my account for almost another XXXX or {$10000.00} to the same card that I have for the other bank account on when XX/XX/XXXX, I contact the bank to check the status of the dispute. The bank has informed me that they have denied dispute and they did not wan na file it or send it. to the transaction, Amegy Bank XXXX XXXX felt to protect me as a consumer and fail to protect my money and I also almost lost around {$70000.00} of all these transaction my banker she have no information about it. She can not provide me any info why the dispute was denied from my bank. The merchant never received a dispute or never filed evidence to them, we have contact them again today and the merch and have them for me that I need to file a formal dispute with my bank.
