I opened an account with Wells Fargo. And I deposited a check to cash, They never released the funds, they wanted the person or entity. The person who gave me the check claims it, which is almost impossible because it is from XXXX, I don't know how to get to their accountant or any similar department. Wells Fargo says the founds are in theyre bank but they never released to me I went to my branch a couple times to confirmed my identity but the founds never comes.
