A representative from a law firm has contacted me several times regarding a debt I supposedly owe check and go. His name is XXXX XXXX and his number is XXXX. He states it is regarding a check and go debt. I asked for them to mail me proof of the debt because Im not aware that I owe them any money. He states he emailed it. I have never received an email. I reiterated that I would like it mailed. He stated he does not have to comply with that request. He continues to call me and stated that he is going to issue a warrant for my arrest. He has also stated that he will be coming to my job to discuss the matter. The man has yelled at me and threatened me. I have received over 7 phone calls today alone. I have gone to the police station and made a statement as well as gone to the court house. They have no record of this company filing a warrant for my arrest.
