On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX, XXXX XXXX. He advised me that the XXXX reps lied to me and also refused to opening a billing dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was advised via email that they would not review the billing error. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was advised that the person I spoke to lied to me on XX/XX/XXXX and they did not open the billing dispute. I was advised again they would open the dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called back and I was advised that the rep would open a billing dispute. Throughout the month of XXXX I made many calls to Optum. I advised of billing errors. They advised me that they do not review billing errors and that there is nothing they can do.
