On XX/XX/XXXX I call XXXX mortgage XXXX discuss refinancing my loan while discussing the loan. I was informed that I have a balloon payment for {$49000.00} at the end of my loan that I was completely unaware of. I never discussed this agreement with anyone at the mortgage company. I did receive and reviewed the requested documents. They are completely falsified I never signed any kind of agreement for a balloon payment for {$49000.00}. The agreement pages starts from pages XXXX then end. The page after page XXXX doesn't say page XXXX as it should if it is part of the agreement. The page with my signature is dissonant and also a page was added that was never signed or notarized. This XXXX modification agreement is falsified and forged. I would like for the balloon payment to be removed from my account. Speaking with a representative from the company on XX/XX/XXXX she stated the {$49000.00} was automatically added to my account. I then asked if the line was being recorded and she stated yes. I asked her that because if I need to take legal action I want to retrieve this conversation. She also stated that I didn't sign the final agreement for the modification and she could mail it to me so I could sign it. I asked her once again is this conversation being recorded she stated yes again. I then told her I will not be signing anything because I never signed or agreed to the loan modification that I had recently became aware of. I did asked for the second set of documents to be mailed out before the conversation ended.
