I hold two Mortages with NationStar DBA Mr. Cooper I submitted additional principal payments each month, they began applying them to future monthly payments. I called made them aware they were applying the additional principal incorrectly on both loans, they reversed payments and then began again incorrectly applying the payments. I called again, they transferred one loan to a subsidiary this continued, I called again when they issued incorrect XXXX which they kept around XXXX $ in extra interest due to incorrectly applying regular additional principal payments, they corrected one loan but not the other, then transferred both loans to another subsidiary RushMore servicing. I split the payments in my auto pay and place clear instructions with Rushmore that the additional payment monthly is additional principal. Rushmore is refusing to apply it and is placing the added payments toward future principal and interest again. I have kept exact dates of payments all made through XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and kept the records of how Nationstar is applying them incorrectly.
