This is a complaint against Experian. I am a victim of identity theft and I have sent all the documentation that supports my claim, FTC Report, Police Report and this bureau blocked the account for only a few days and not forever. This account was opened without my consent and according to federal laws. Identity theft when disputed with an FTC Report or a police report this account must be deleted immediately, however XXXX does not do so under the Fair Credit Act.
