XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX My rights under the provisions of Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970 are clear, I demand these items to be removed from all current and future credit reports. Additionally, please send me the names of any individuals and/or organizations you contacted so I can follow up with them as well.
