Hi! First I don't recongnize NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM I never contracted with them. I only contracted with XXXX XXXX but later on they left. First this debt is not justified, second I was never imformed even though they knew my new address after moving out and contact information. I never got a chance to dispute until now, and I only found out because my application was recently denied for a new appartment. I used to be a tenant a XXXX for almost 3 years, But I paid everything before moving out, I have receipts and proof. During the time I was tenant we had a new management company, But I contracted with the old one, the terms of our contracts were different from this new management. for example XXXX XXXX took {$200.00} as secuity deposit because the appartment was old and no improved. I have to call maintenance every weeks for mousings and pets issues which they never fixed, the winter was the worse they did not have heating functioning so they distributed free electric heating devices, but we could not use more than two heaters at the same the time, because the power will go off in the whole house, so it was useless those heaters, I was also leaving with the child who was getting sick often because the cold and pest, I even filed a complaint about. Living there was the worst experience of my life as tenant, but I stayed and paid my rent beyond the disconfort. This new management company will take you to court if you late on the rent for a day there is no way they will let me stay until the end of my lease if I did owe them anything.
