Credit Acceptance located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MI XXXX continues to report my payments as late, even though I am paying as agreed. I am the co-signer on the account and have been forced to repay due to the other party backing out of their obligation. My credit is being destroyed EVERY SINGLE MONTH by Credit Acceptance. I am paying bi-weekly which is more than the original payment is. I would try and refinance but my credit is tanked EVERY SINGLE MONTH by them reporting it as a late payment. I recently tried to apply for a mortgage and I was told my denial was solely based on this car loan from Credit Acceptance. I would like to try and work something out, but everyone there in every department simply says these are the rules and they can not report my payments as timely because of the balance due. I am paying as agreed, and the amount is more than the original monthly payment is.
