I have repeatedly called Midland Credit to talk with someone regarding an account that they bought from an old credit card that I originally in XX/XX/year> accepted a pay off deal with XXXX 's store card with bank of XXXXXXXX XXXX to pay off the account with a settlement for the amount of {$420.00} that was XXXX % of the total amount {$1600.00}. Midland Credit has made it hard to contact or speak with anyone regarding this matter. I also have tried to contact XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX but it redirects me to Midland Credit to speak to someone regarding the account. Whenever I have called they state there are not enough representatives to take the call in the 'correct ' department because I have tried to dispute this amount. I find it very unfair that I have to go through all this mess and now I have received a letter stating if I don't call to resolve this matter by XX/XX/XXXX they will take matters into their own hands to resolve this account when I had originally agreed with XXXX XXXX to resolve the amount at the settles amount. Midland states they have no record of this but why would they if they want the full amount. I have emails from XXXXXXXX XXXX of this offer and I will not pay more to what I had already originally agreed to pay with them to pay and settle out this debt. The only time i was able to talk to someone they said they would any statements they had to show proof of the amount I owe after that They will not settle or talk to me unless I agree to the amount they say. They also have emailed me when I never provided them an email so they must have got it from the XXXX company.
