I contacted the gift card company, VANILLA GIFT CARD XXXX, about this issue on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX along with sending in pictures of the front and back of the {$500.00} gift card, the XXXX store receipt showing proof of purchase, and the dispute transaction form. However, I still have NOT heard back from the company or received a replacement {$500.00} VISA GIFT CARD. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY {$500.00} VISA GIFT CARD REPLACED.
