On the XX/XX/XXXX I was notified that I'd received an adverse action denying me access to XXXX. I clearly asked who reported the XXXX? And the representative stated that the Courts reported this to Resident Verify. I contacted the Court directly and they clearly stated that they " DO NOT REPORT TO ANY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES PERIOD ''. AND THAT THEY DO NOT VALIDATE ANY ALLEDGED DEBT NOR CAN THEY VERIFY THE ACCURACIES OF ANY FILE THAT SOMEONE GET FROM SEARCHING PUBLIC RECORDS ''. I INFORMED RESIDENT VERIFY THAT I WANTED TO DISPUTE THIS AND THEY SAID THAT I CAN'T DISPUTE IT AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE COURTS AND THAT IT WOULD CONTINUE TO STAY ON MY REPORT EVEN IF I DISPUTE. I informed resident verify that I wasn't even staying at XXXX at the date they gave and that i had proof to back that up that I was no longer a resident at that time and that I had proof directly from the Apartment complex directly from my move out sheet sent to me via email from XXXX and that I had moved out, did a walk through and turned in my keys on XX/XX/XXXX and Resident Verify stated that I was XXXX XXXX the XX/XX/XXXX. I clearly explained that you can not XXXX a person that has already moved out and turned all possession of the property over to the Owner ie Management. Resident Verify stated that they're going to continue to report it even after I asked them to validate the debt from directly from the courts and not from public records because they can not be Validated and or Verified as true and correct because the Courts do not report nor will the Court attest to the Accuracy of any Public Records.
