XXXX Ive had issues dating back to XX/XX/XXXX regarding my credit file and random reporting issues that at times are minor to others major issues. Stuff that is there one day yet the coming week weeks, months or years will have been erased off. We are now at the worst point ever wuth this problem. Why? XXXX has failed to properly look into my repeated claims regarding this XX/XX/XXXX I was given an escalation number of XXXX told 7-10 days for the department who handles these research of issues to resolve the problem. Numerous times I tried following up well after the 10 days even into XXXX and told no issues were discovered. Knowing good well it wasnt worked if thats what was reported back. XX/XX/XXXX Escalation number XXXX was provided after finally reaching a manager named XXXX who saw exactly what I was stating. First hand. Who also gave me reference number XXXX regarding the FTC Inquiries that werent processed yet thou recd ftc in office on XX/XX/XXXX so he processed it. He also looked up the previous escalation number to his surprise to learn the number showed tied to my account yet still pending from XX/XX/XXXX with exactly as Im stating still is ehar was documented in that escalation number back then. I called today to just check the status of everything the manager stated tbe inwuiries were deleted so I asked him then why if they were deleted on the XXXX XXXX being XX/XX/XXXX are they still showing up. He stated he didnt know. I said you say the report regarding them being deleted was mailed out on tbe XXXX also and as you even see there still reporting. Just give it time please, no thats my problem. Ive given ample time since XX/XX/XXXX youre ruining me finically across the board. So Im left to seek my reports thriygh annual credit reports to which I cant access my reports even. XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I went through the phone system to order my XXXX report to which it stated it would be processed and mailed within 15 days. No report had arrived. Which is a violation of some sort Im sure considering I can prove over and over Ive gone through every measure possible to get this fixed. I assure you Ill seek legal action in tve coming weeks if action is taken and results regarding all this top up bottom arent delivered. AnnualCreditReport.com dont respond to this complaint with a form response telling me how to order my reports or such. That clearly doesnt apply here. You as a person who works at annualcreditreport.com need to verify whats stopping things in the backend and communicate those directly to myself & XXXX as well.
