On XX/XX/year>, Chime allowed a transfer of {$1000.00} and {$1500.00} for a total of {$2500.00} to be taken out of my account ( to a XXXX ) when my " allow transactions '' were turned off in the app. However, they refused my dispute, twice. They are legally required to stop all transactions from coming out of my account when my allowable transactions are turned off. If I don't recieve my money back I will be filing a suit in small claims court along with contacting the local/national news and social media. This is unethical and they failed their due dilligence to protect my account and funds when I was traveling. Please explain to me how my allowble transactions were turned off but funds were still transferred via your XXXX XXXX XXXX money app? They also closed the investigation in 4 hours of filing whithin minutes of the transactions which means they did not even attempt to reverse the ACH/transfer. This is a failure of my consumer protection rights and I want my money refunded immediately.
