I received my Destiny Mastercard from Concora Credit and have faced significant issues with using the card. Despite having sufficient credit available, nearly every transaction I attempt is declined due to alleged fraud alerts. These declines have occurred for both small and modest transactions, rendering the card effectively unusable. Each time a transaction is declined, I contact customer support. They inform me that a fraud alert has been triggered and instruct me to wait 24 hours before attempting to use the card again. Despite following these instructions, the same issue recurs with each attempt to use the card, even for low-value purchases. Support representatives claim that the fraud detection system is managed by Mastercard and can not be adjusted, which I believe is misleading.
