Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX my husband went to Wells Fargo in XXXX Florida and tried to deposit money into my Wells Fargo account I had three posits of {$150.00} each and a mobile deposit one was put on hold the other two was put into my availability and was told me I was able to use it in my account not only did I do that but they did not allow my husband to put any kind of money into my account even though he had my authorization and my funds to do it. So I went back up there at the very next day and put in cash funds myself into the bank and the bank was still showing that there was {$300.00} available to me in my account before I put any money in there and XXXX was on standstill for verification. On XX/XX/XXXX the {$150.00} that was on hold was put thrown out and it was said it was bad check or whatnot. But the other dollars was still showing available in my account so I pay bills because I assumed it was the money that my husband was trying to put in there and that the bank screwed up. Well I had XXXX cents to the good in my account this morning last night and this morning I wake up and it my account states that I'm negative {$290.00} and something cents in my account which is XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX the money was put into my account on the XXXX of XXXX so my question is and what I attract kept trying to ask her was how could y'all put availability for {$300.00} into my account for 4 days 5 days and then all sudden take it out of my account I told her she needed to make it right and they need to put my account back into the positive because I have never been negative in their accounts and this is the second time in years that I've had issues with Wells Fargo in XXXX they refuse to do anything for me they kept saying that I had to pay it I have to pay it I can't afford to pay {$300.00} that was not my fault because they put it in my availability when they shouldn't have and I made sure that it was available for 5 days in a row now I am on XXXX I only received a certain amount of month limited money a month in my account and now that they did this I have already got a new bank account because they keep telling me into red flagging me at the end every month every month they're doing this and I'm always having to put some kind of money into their account into that account and I can't keep doing it I didn't have this issue when I lived in Alabama it's only until I moved back to XXXX so my account is still negative {$290.00} and something since because they've refused to even if it was a scam they have FDIC to replace that and there is an act that's supposed to replace that money too if it was fraudulent
