Experian keeps reporting this account as resolve, but do not delete or remove from my account even though I have sent letters to the original creditor, and the matter had already been settled. I decided to exercise my right and Up out under the provisions of the 15 USC 6802 of the Gramm-leach-Bliley Act since I noticed that the original creditor had two other collection companies trying to collect the same debt. It worries me that my personal information might be misused, I also requested a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Which is still havent received. I wrote them directly to resolve this matter privately they use any parties. See attachment
