I XXXX received a text message stating that a password change request was initiated for my Coinbase account. Please respond " N '' if you did not make this request. I replied " N '' and was shocked as I did not request it. Also it stated that Coinbase representative will be calling you shortly. I received the call from XXXX XXXX. When you call at this phone number : message goes to Conbase Security as per the voicemail message. The representative asked me to transfer my assets from Coinbase app to Coinbase XXXX app, as my account was compromised. He shared all the instructions, but the transaction could not be processed. I got a message in the Coinbase app that the transaction will be processed by XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX, amount was transferred to my Coinbase XXXX account. There was another transaction at the same time XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX, when the funds were transferred to a different account. I never made or authorize the second transaction. I was not able to see my assets, so I called Coinbase the next day, and they told me that I have lost {$3000.00} cents. And they are not able to recover it. I never received any confirmation message for the second transaction. Please assist me in reversing and getting refund for my hard earned money. It is a nightmare and I want justice.
