Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/XXXX, I had a neighbor stop by and say that my mail was in his mailbox and he was just dropping it off. It was a warrant in debt by Midland credit management. I would have no idea that this was sent to me if it wasnt for my neighbor who dropped it off. So what they do is purposely mail a warrant in debt to the wrong addresses so that you dont show up and they can get you for default judgment. The Warrant in Debt is scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. As Midland claims that I owe {$7000.00}. The warrant in debt copy doesn't have the date issued or any signature from the clerk, deputy clerk, or magistrate. Even going on to the VA court website doesn't show the date that it was served. Which it cant because I was not properly served. It did not come in my mail. It was not on the door. It was put in my neighbor 's mailbox and I have a camera of him coming over here and giving it to me. A debt collector like MCM may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. 15 USC 1692e and 15 USC 1692f. MCM is notorious for fraud. Based upon an unbroken chain of title that has no proof of perfection under federal law MCM is falsely claiming to be a creditor when it is also claiming to be a debt collector under 15 USC 1692e ( 11 ). The use or distribution of any written communication that simulates or is false represents a document authorized, issued, or approved by any court, official, or agency of the United States or any state that creates a false impression as to its source authorization or approval. 15 US 1692e ( 9 ). The whole document is completely fabricated. They are also in violation of 42 USC 247d ( PHE ), as we are still in a state of war. The " public health emergency '' section ( PHSA 319, 42 USC 247d ) was added to the PHSA in XX/XX/year>. The 1983 Congressional act introduced the category of " public health emergency '' to the collection of national circumstances ( such as state of war ) authorizing overrides of constitutional law, civil tort law, and criminal law. but you have the court that is allowing this as well. 42 CFR 70 & 71 - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX = Medical Martial Law. ive had so much fraud happen to me in the last XXXX years that its not even funny. I have gone to the police station because of the same type of tactics. I do not owe this at all. This is something that they bought in bulk and theyre going around using deceptive tactics without XXXX XXXX of people knowing what is going on this company needs to be shut down because theyre a scam theyre a fraud and there are thousands and thousands of lawsuits against them for the very things that Im saying. I also would like an investigation into the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX system, as to how or why they would allow such a company to even do this on this fraudulent basis. Where it doesnt meet the requirements of the court. As to why the court would allow a proven company that does sewer services by throwing a warrant in debt to anybody without their knowledge. The XXXX processing servicing is also a fraud service on their own website they say that it is better to use them than it is a sheriff. As they can trace and investigate people better than the sheriff can. I didnt know that a servicing company could have software that could track and trace individual people, which is also unconstitutional.
