I lost my Discover card at the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> when I was travelling to XXXX. I didn't use the Discover card at all while I was on my trip to XXXX. I had flown back to my home in Texas on XX/XX/year>. When I turned my phone back on I received the email for my online bill from Discover and that is when I noticed those transactions done on the Discover card were not from me. My trip to XXXX was from XX/XX/year> and returned date was XX/XX/year>. I have charges on my Discover card from XX/XX/year> to XX/XX/year>. I had presented to Discover card evidence to show my flight boarding pass from XX/XX/year> to return date boarding pass XX/XX/year>. I had sent Discover card my passport with the XXXX stamp to show them I was in XXXX during that time frame and could not make those purchases. Discover failed to conduct a thorough investigation and resolved those dispute charges against me even though I had cleared evidence I was not in the U.S during the time of those charges done on my account.
