XX/XX/XXXX they said they reopened the claim which included claims from 3 cards that were all denied. One being my card fraud used online for a hotel that the hotel said there were notes of a no show which I was entirely in a different town booked on work, another a restaurant charge from a town u known sometime after I left my card at a gas station, then he remaining were multiple charges before I started using XXXX XXXX frequently when my phone was stolen 2 times. The second time I never got my phone back and jut recently got my number reactivated. Ive called from my husband phone numerous times to Wisely inquiring about it. The last time I called was today an told first it was never reopened then was told by another agent after calling 3 times while making a dispute because I accidentally submitted multiple payments to a company due to wisely out of blue freezing all transactions for about 3 hours for fraud and when I called I was told to just keep trying after I respond to a text resulting in multiple payments of XXXX which if the are denying disputes for a lost card, internet charged, or when my phone was stolen the chances of getting my money back for me accidentally submitting multiple payments due to wisely randomly freezing my card for possible fraud seems slim to none. This company shouldnt be allowed to handle anyones money let alone be a payroll card. This will be almost XXXX Ive been frauded out of and theyve done nothing to get my funds back.
