On XX/XX/year> Navient agreed to a settlement regarding predatory loans made between XXXX. XXXX of my XXXX loans were forgiven, but the remaining XXXX ( that were obtained within that same timeframe ) are still requiring payment. I have contacted Navient several times to discuss why these remaining XXXX have not been cancelled, but the reps just advise that they are not eligible with no actual reason as to why this is. I have also had an enormous amount of interest added ( more than double the amount of the original loans ), partially due to Navient steering me to apply for forbearance instead of any type of income-driven repayment plans.
