Lewis , McDonnell & Associates XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Subject : Notice of Violation of Rights under FDCPA Dear XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am unaware of this debt. I did not have an opportunity to dispute this information. Per my records, your agency has violated my federal rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), specifically Section 809 ( a ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( a ) ) According to the FDCPA, debt collectors are required to provide a validation notice to the consumer within five days of the initial communication regarding the collection of any debt. This Agency has also violated ( 15 U.S.C 1692e ( 5 ) This company is a Law firm & engaged in misleading representation thereof. This Company has a history of repeated violations If in fact you believe you gave me proper notification, then please send me the certified receipt with my name on it. I request that this account be immediately removed from my credit profile or I will have no choice but to seek remedy for multiple violations including the stress, humiliation and XXXX & other issues this has caused.
