I requested the School Misconduct Discharge Application from Navient on XX/XX/year>. This information to do so was given by the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, that Navient has the means to discharge these private loans. https : XXXX Navient 's response was on XX/XX/year>. The response I received from Navient when requesting the application was " Thank you for inquiring about a school misconduct discharge for your private loans. We have determined that your loans are not eligible because they are no longer outstanding. '' My federal student loans were discharged and any payments reimbursed from the Sweet vs. Cardona case/settlement brought to attention and won by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe the private student loans paid for and in-process of being paid from my discharge due to the misconduct and predatory nature of XXXXXXXX XXXX shall also be forgiven and reimbursed without regard to their current status. I then responded to them on XX/XX/year>, that the loan status shouldn't matter, and along with the federal loans being somewhat paid for, they were discharged and payments reimbursed, that this load shall also be reimbursed due to the predatory nature and misconduct of XXXX XXXX and that I would be filing a complaint with the CFPB. I have attached the original DoE ( Department of Education ) Blanket Denial that spurred the XXXX settlement in to action, the request for reconsideration following the blanket denial, the XXXX letter stating the settlement was going through, and the DoE 's letter stating the actions due to the settlement proceeding and being won.
