XX/XX/year> I placed order for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX using Klarna 's pay in 4. Order was successful, got billed buy Klarna via my credit card. Then order was canceled by XXXX. I called XXXX multiple times and with each call that drops leading me to interact with different support personnel. XXXX different ridiculous reasons for canceled order : Reason 1 : ( attached XXXX ). Reason 2 : ( attached XXXX ) Reason 3 : Billing address mismatch. I decided to let XXXX sales assist with the order over the phone. At the checkout, Klarna forward a notice " Sorry we can't approve your order '' After XXXX canceled this order, my Klarna account was somehow flagged and simply stopped working everywhere. I called XXXX and they told me its not their problem. Till today XX/XX/year> my Klarna account is still not working. I have tried all these troubleshooting steps below but none has worked so far : XXXX. Removed connected bank XXXX. Re-added bank, removed and added a different bank XXXX. Removed credit cards, added different credit cards XXXX. Waited 24 hours, 48 hours 72 hours even a whole week XXXX. Created a new account with same details XXXX. Had Klarna delete old account then recreated account. XXXX. Reset link for facial and ID scan will not accept my foreign issued passport. I tried creating one-time card then I realized there was an Averse Action Notice that stated " Klarna couldn't verify my identity '' I have engaged with Klarna multiple times throught out the month to at least try and verify my identity to continue my service but as usual, customer support just reads outs what I can only assume they only thing they can say and not actually fix a problem. If the solution is as simple as verifiying my identity, I'm not quite sure why I have been receiving such awful services since I joined Klarna. Just like the discriminatory financial firms i've come across, Klarna simply just doesn't care about XXXX person not having access to their platform.
