On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a transfer for XXXX dollars to an account in XXXX. my transaction number XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted them through their virtual chat and they told me that they are having a problem with the transaction. They repeat this information every day I call, on XX/XX/XXXX I tell them that I need my money back since the XXXX limit according to the terms and conditions has passed. XXXX of their agents tells me that there is no problem and gives me a cancellation number ( number for cancellation : XXXX ), I contact them again on XX/XX/XXXX and they tell me that this number they gave me is false and that at the time they can not do anything.
