Im not happy with the way your company is handling my consumer report. I was a part of a Equifax breach and your company is still not securing my information. I have already filed complaints with the Attorney Generals Office in your state and my state about you r illegal attempts to damage my consumer report. I've also made a complaint to CFPB. You sent me a letter stating that the accounts were verified but you said nothing on how the account was verified. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g and 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) you have violated my consumer rights as a federally protected consumer. Thereis not a possible way a debt can be validated under 15 U.S Code 1692g ( 5 ) ( b ). YOU ARE BREAKING THE U.S FEDERAL LAWS. You will be hearing from the CFPB about these violations. You sent me no documents or information that your company relied on to verify the account below. These accounts listed below are federal law violations and damages as a natural person. I am demanding your company to remove these accounts IMMEDIATELY As stated before, I am aware of the FCRA law. Considering your responds you are NOT in compliance with these laws. Ihave the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report.I do not consent you to use the e-oscar system to verify or look over this matter. Also it has been way past 30 days for you all to respond to my disputes which again is a violation.
