I was trying to take out a loan for {$400.00} thinking they were just gon na charge me like 40 % interest. They ended up charging me 700 % interest and making me pay 20 payments of {$110.00} totaling to {$2300.00}. I had no idea that they it was going to be that crazy high and it is said to be illegal in both my state and the state the online company resides in. They say in the agreement that they are a sovereign company and they can't be sued for their rate they are charging me in the loan agreement. I am struggling to make ends meet to the point I might be XXXX. I am in desperate need of help.
