I received a phone call, email and mail regarding this debt Sequium Asset Solutions LLC have contacted me about. Please consider this formal request for validation of the alleged debt under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) as outlined in 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) and a formal cease and desist demand pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( c ).
