I have over XXXX in my Juno Finance checking account. I got a message from XXXX saying that my Juno account had been disconnected and that the account was no longer valid. I got a message from my landlord saying he hadn't received rent. I reached out to Juno and they said that transfers are currently having issues. I got NO email warning me that this was happening, the app looks normal, and my direct deposit went into my account yesterday. Tried to use my card and that is also not working I have no way to access my funds, and the customer service number at Juno is not picking up. They just made a vague tweet about it with no solutions or timeline for people who need access to their money. I don't know what to do.
