Loan ID : XXXX for the amount of {$13.00} with case number : XXXX Loan ID : XXXX for the amount of {$32.00} with case number : XXXX Loan ID : XXXX for the amount of {$4.00} with case number : XXXX Loan ID : XXXX for the amount of {$34.00} with case number : XXXX Loan ID : XXXX for the amount of {$53.00} with case number : XXXX Loan ID : XXXX for the amount of {$64.00} with case number : XXXX XXXX XXXX I got an email for each account that said I had a refund coming and to verify my information ( name and address ). I verified this information immediately. XXXX XXXX I got an email that each of the checks were being sent out. XXXX XXXX I had multiple cases opened and was emailing XXXX back and forth. She kept closing my cases after sending me XXXX message. Each message had misinformation ( wrong address ) I went through all the cases copy and pasting my response that NO that was the wrong address and I had already confirmed my address on XX/XX/XXXX. I took a screenshot and attached it to show that the address she was referring to was not even XXXX that I had confirmed for my account. I was told I need to wait XXXX days for them to send out my checks. XXXX XXXX I still have not received my checks in the mail, well past XXXX days at this point. I started a chat with a representative and he confirmed my address. He had no answers for me and told me to call the main number for Affirm. I told him I would be contacting the CFPB instead as I have already tried to get my checks and keep getting sent in rounds.
