Our mortgage company, Shellpoint Mortgage, has wrongly placed force-placed flood insurance on our condo. Our building 's HOA provides flood insurance as part of our monthly fee, and we have continuously provided Shellpoint with proof of this coverage since first being requested in XXXX. We have never had a lapse in flood insurance coverage and have documented proof of continuous coverage.
