On XX/XX/year> I lost my debit card and had to cancel and order another card. I contacted Solo Funds and let them know that once I received my new card I would add the card to my portal and repay the loan. I remained in contact with them when they reached out to me. When the card arrived I attempted to add the card to my portal but I kept getting error messages. I called Solo left several voicemails no one returned my calls. I sent several emails and no one responded for several days. When they finally emailed me back they sent me a XXXX invoice asking me to to repay. I told them I would not pay through XXXX because I have had fraudulent charges from them in the past. I asked them could XXXX setup a payment plan and no one responded. I sent them a email three or four times with no response. I reviewed several complaints from other borrowers on the XXXX website stating that they had issue when they attempted to add a new debit card. I am not trying to get out of paying this but I need to make payments until it is paid in full
