Hi I bought my car from a dealership on XX/XX/24 and right now no ones answering the phone which is a little unprofessional so I wrote the dealership and called credit acceptance after I bought my car it was fine for a week then the check engine light turned on and my sensors were going off then my parking light went out and so did my brake light when I showed up to the dealership I was told by XXXX the employee to go to the auto body shop the establishment called XXXX XXXX owns so when I proceeded with that the mechanic tells me he does not do electrical work which kinda confused me because I got sent to him by the dealership for all of the problems I listed but ok then he proceeds to tell me that its basic maintenance problems so to my understanding my car should have been maintenanced and checked before I drove off the lot for any spark plug issues for any transmission issues and for anything else while I was in my 90 days. On XX/XX/24 my check engine light popped back on again which was odd bc I only had the car for not even 3 months and this is the 2nd time something is wrong with the car so while I was trying to get in contact with anyone from the establishment my 90 days was over and I would like to talk to someone before it has to involve police because I showed up the lot is empty I came back multiple times and the cameras on the lot can see that still not one associate or owner I pay {$330.00} added with {$210.00} for insurance so thats {$540.00} a month that I spend for a car that has transmission issues electrical issues and more and I was not told about my apr or anything involving about payments from credit acceptance. I tried to contact them in regards of what to do with the vehicle because it is now struggling to drive and they want {$3500.00} at the XXXX dealership to fix the car because my warranty does not cover it which I was told by credit acceptance but was lied too. No dealership or shop will touch my car because of the electrical issues going on with it I am struggling horribly because of this I am fighting everyday because of credit acceptances scam
