In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The accounts listed below has violated my federally protected rights of privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I informed Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX # XXXX, XXXX # XXXX, XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX # XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate which was a lie. How is that possible when the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to ensure 100 % accuracy and modify or delete accounts that are not reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ), A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. These people are hindering my ability to get or obtain good credit due to their illegal actions.
