XXXXXXXX XXXX. They call more than once a day, this time XXXX XXXX called, left a message on voicemail and recommended I get an attorney. XXXX XXXX phone number did not appear on my caller identification except as Unknown. Her phone call was recorded at XXXX XXXX. Sunday, XX/XX/2024 ; the second phone call and voicemail received at XXXX XXXX. Sunday, XX/XX/2024, from phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX for the call to be returned to ( XXXX ) XXXX. No name mentioned. Honestly, this account is on a payment plan and promise to pay, with the payment due just after the first of XX/XX/2024. I have threatened to sue, since they have treated me first. This is abuse, as I used to work in collections and skip tracing. The supervisor, XXXX, ( male ) asked me if I just threatened to XXXX XXXX, which I said no and I have a witness to that phone call. FTC, Im well aware that collectors are under the XXXX ( so to speak ) to get accounts paid and current. However, stepping over the line isnt legal. This account will be paid in a timely basis, but I am restricting all calls to only one per day, otherwise their number will be blocked and my voicemail turned off.
