Dear Sir / Madam, During the review of my consumer credit report recently, I noticed XXXX hard inquiries placed in my consumer report by XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and anther by XXXX XXXX on XXXX which is ( 31 DAYS ) which is a violation according to CFPB. According to CFPB publication of XX/XX/XXXX, title WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A MORTGAGE LENDER CHECKS MY CREDIT, the agency stated that WITHIN 45 DAYS WINDOW, MULTIPLE CREDIT CHECKS FROM MORTAGE LENDERS ARE RECORDED ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT AS A SINGLE INQUIRY. PLEASE SEE CFPB PUBLICATION ATTACHED TO THIS COMPLAINT. Please, kindly remove the above-mentioned hard inquiries from my consumer report because you are in violation of CPFB rule.
