I am formally writing this dispute to address XXXX XXXX companys response to my request for investigation. As it stands, you have failed to consider all relevant information provided to you per 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 8 ) ( E ) ( ii ) Duty of person after receiving notice of dispute. I concluded this reason based on this companys response to my notice of dispute through the CFPB portal. I was very clear about the issues connected to the account this company has furnished with consumer reporting agencies. If this account is accurate as you say, then who is going to correct the inaccuracies that are connected to XXXX XXXX XXXX that I am currently seeing? Surely, the consumer reporting agencies will not do it because THIS company is giving them the green light to keep the account as it is, uncorrected. Id. at XXXX ; see also XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) ( defining verify as [ t ] o prove to be true ; to confirm or establish the truth or truthfulness of ; to authenticate ). As seen on the highlighted consumer disclosure report that has come directly from XXXX that I provided to you as my proof of claim, there are currently ND ( No data ) notations being reported, a random 90-day late payment and 180-day late payment notation that is shown in my consumer report. I will not allow this misinformation to ruin the integrity of my consumer report. This response is not the same complaint. The nature of the complaint is completely different. This is a demand for deletion as remedy for failure to comply with the FCRA
