Reporting agencies Equifax and XXXX continue reporting incomplete and inaccurate information on my credit report even though when my initial inquiry was submitted to the CFPB they claimed to have updated and removed all inaccuracies. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act " Consumer reporting agencies must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information. Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information must be removed or corrected within 30 days ''. I need to have this account being reported inaccurately removed from my credit history this will be my third complaint to the CFPB. I went ahead and reached out to the original creditor directly in order to verify the account information with them. I have attached that letter below as well as their response to that letter. The account information was not verified as they only responded with statements of the account history and no documentation possessing my signature or any other such documentation and the account mentioned in their response letter was not the account listed on the credit report sent over to them ; as you can see from the copy of the credit report attached below. Therefore the information from both parties is incomplete and inaccurate and should be removed.
