I had an agreement with avant to make a payment of {$40.00} by the due date and to make a payment of the full balance In order for the account to remain open. However, Once the payment for the full balance was received by Avant on XX/XX/year> for {$760.00}, rather than abide by the agreement, avant closed the account on XX/XX/year>, which was the opposite of what was agreed on and after Avant assured me that the account would remain open and that I would be able to use the card once the available balance updated within 10 days after the payment was received. I have contacted Avant multiple times concerning this issue, and Avant has stated that the concern has been escalated, however, the issue remains unresolved.
